We understand the unique problems faced with utilizing 503B outsourcing facilities…as such, PAC Auditing Solutions was founded as a niche answer to an on-going issue.

We do not disclose auditee’s customer list, auditee’s compounding portfolio, or auditee’s compounding capabilities – these activities are between auditees and their customers. The highest confidentiality standards are always maintained.
PAC makes easy to read, personalized, summary audit reports available to its client subscribers. The summary audit reports detail opportunities for improvement with enough detail to confirm that a facility has been audited, while keeping the full details of the auditee’s customers, portfolio, capabilities, etc. confidential. The full, detailed comprehensive audit reports PAC Auditing Solutions produce are strictly confidential and are not provided without the express written permission of the auditee.

We are the only independent third-party auditing company that specializes in auditing outsourcing facilities (formerly known as compounders), PAC Auditing Solutions is dedicated to supporting the auditing needs of hospitals (profit and not-for profit) academic medical centers, large integrated health care systems, small physician practices, etc.
We audit outsourcing facilities and make those reports available for a small monthly fee, which represents only a fraction of the costs usually associated with conducting a supplier audit.
